I made this build with the idea in mind that PRE-WotLK threat is not an issue nor the ability to survive. My gear scales greater then the guilds with Kara geared tanks doing Illidan.

This would be determine through testing the need for increased threat or need to survive. I generally test out many specs to see what I can squeeze out of other skills.
I have played a total of around 180Days with 150 of those days at level 70. I started playing WOW just before TBC went live.
This is a quick note on my previous raiding experience.

Naxx - We attempted Nax however it was bugged and we couldnt attempt much.

Completed raids pre TBC were completed at level 70.
I play an ALT Shadow Priest that is a level 20 twink. This toon only gets attention if I am extremely bored and with Wrath coming out I am sure he will be lonly for quite some time.

I can attend every raid. If something were to come up that I would not beable to attend I would give notice. I also understand that I may not always be picked to attend a raid due to the nature of the fight or in all fairness of the guild may have to sit to allow another to raid.
I have Comcast with their 16MB blah blah yadda yadda go broke plan, so I hope not to have dissconnect issues or they will get a very sternly worded letter.
I am willing to wipe many times in oder to learn a bossfight. I come prepared to all raids.
As it may actually be nice to have to follow directions rather then have to give them. My goal as GM is to know about boss encounters if information is available. However if this is a new encounter I will lead the raid in a manner of trial and error. Learn from our mistakes until the encounter is complete. I am always about business in a raid. I have little patience for complete lack of the goal that night or for fooling around which is completely different that joking and having a good time. When I mess up I am sure to get on myself more then anyone in the guild could. However, if you mess up I will also be all over you. Learn and apply that to your next attempt. I have Vent and use a headset because there is nothing more annoying then hearing yourself twice because someone is too cheap to buy a headset and their mic picks up the sound from their speakers.
You will not find a more dedicated person to this guild them I am.
